Strevi Piedmont
City known for its wine production and for its local delicacies.
Of Roman origins, the heart of Strevi has developed in the higher part of the town. Here the Castle was constructed, a majestic building which now functions as Palazzo Comunale. The Parish Church is worth visiting.
Strevi's fame is, without doubt, linked principally to the production of wines such as Moscato, Passito, Brachetto and the D.O.C. wines Dolcetto, Barbara and Cortese.
Other products of Strevi include amaretti, torrone, Canestrello al Moscato, gnocchi al pesto, rosticciata and Zabaione al Moscato.
