Between the Ligurian Riviera, the Cote d'Azur and Piedmont, Limone Piemonte has been a holiday destination since the 1800's and one of the first Italian localities to promote winter sports.
The Riserva Bianca is the area of Limone dedicated to ski-ing. Here one can also practice other sports such as golf, bowls, mountaineering in the Lu Viasol.
Worthy of a visit one finds, in the immediate vicinity, Limonetto, l'Alpe di Papa Giovanni, the Napoleonic Gallery, the 19th century fortifications and the house built by the Templars.
